Unfortunately the entire communication is incomprehensible because it seems as though Miss Garland, though dead, simply could not stop crying. Once again, we have received a message from Miss Judy Garland, but in it there is only crying continually. We assume she must have seen a part or perhaps all of the new Zelweger vehicle and therefore can simply not stop crying. That is all.
